Accessibility
Full and equal access
We respect the dignity and independence of every patient and visitor. We are committed to full and equal access for people with disabilities, and for the people who come with them, at our office at 604 N Willis Ave in Livingston, by phone and text, and on this website.
Communicating with you
We provide auxiliary aids and services at no charge when you need them for us to communicate with you effectively. Tell us what you need when you call or text, ideally before your visit, so we can have it ready.
We accept calls placed through a telecommunications relay service, including 711 and TTY calls, and answer them the same way we answer any other call. You can also text us at (936) 327-2151.
Companions, service animals and your own devices
- A companion is welcome to come with you when you visit our office.
- Service animals, including guide dogs, are welcome to accompany you.
- You are welcome to use your own assistive devices during your visit. If a device does not work with our office or equipment, we will work with you to find another way to give you full and equal access.
- If you would like personal help during your visit, ask any member of our team. We will help you respectfully and discreetly.
Changes when you need them
We will make reasonable changes to our policies and procedures when you need them for full and equal access to our office, our website or the ways you reach us.
If an aid or service we usually offer is temporarily unavailable, we will tell you as soon as we can, along with when we expect it to be available again.
Our website
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We build accessibility into the pages themselves rather than adding a separate accessibility tool. Our work toward that target covers text alternatives for images, a link to skip to the main content, visible focus for keyboard users, readable color contrast, and respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting.
We work toward this target as we add and change pages, and we do not claim that every page fully meets it. If something is hard to use, please tell us. We will help you with whatever you were trying to do and work to fix the problem.
Some links lead to services that other companies run, such as Google Maps and our Facebook and Instagram pages. We cannot change how those services work, but if one of them gets in your way, call or text us and we will help.
You never need the website to become our patient or to request a visit. You can always call or text us instead.
Telling us about a barrier
If anything on this website, on the phone or at our office gets in your way, please tell us. Call or text (936) 327-2151. We welcome relay calls.
You can also:
- write to Today’s Dental, 604 N Willis Ave, Livingston, TX 77351
- tell any member of our team in person
It helps to know the page you were on, what you were trying to do and the device you were using. You do not need to tell us about a disability or any assistive technology you use unless you want to.
